Soccer World Hamilton Membership Benefits

Beginning this season Soccerworld Hamilton will be requiring all of our participants to purchase a Membership. This membership, valued at $16.00 per player serves several purposes, and provides our athletes with several benefits as well.

Purposes:

• All indoor soccer players are required to pay a fee to the Ontario Soccer Association in order to be registered and insured as an indoor soccer player. The membership program ensures that each player in our facility is accounted for and has paid this fee.
• Memberships will ensure that each player will be registered as a member of every team they are playing for in Soccerworld. Officials will be able to effectively control the rosters and ensure all players are eligible.
• A membership program will allow us to accurately database everyone who uses our facility. This not only allows us to accurately determine the number of patrons using our facility, but it also allows us to effectively communicate with you, our customers.

Benefits to the Customer:

• Membership fee covers the O.S.A registration fee (insures you).
• 10% discount on rental rates.
• Personal web page for each individual player, detailing your team and individual statistics, schedules, standings, funds paid, and funds owing.
• Message centre allows managers and teammates to easily contact players on their roster via mass email.
• Ability to make online payments towards any team or class.
• Helps to cover the cost of scorekeepers for your games.

Cleanliness, safety, basic respect towards others and Soccerworld property, are key elements to why we are rated Hamilton’s best indoor multi sports dome in Southern Ontario. The minimum expectation is that every player and visitor abides by the simple standards we (the management) have established. We would like to remind everyone:

Zero Tolerance of vandalism, and acts of violence upon someone or upon our property will not be tolerated. Punching; kicking of walls and bathroom stalls is unacceptable behavior.  Actions even if it is perpetuated by one individual will automatically suspend his/her entire team from playing until the repairs are paid in-full and the premises are brought back to the original state as presented. On more than one occasion, what has been billed to the team has not entirely covered the actual cost of our repairs. Let us remind everyone that these unpleasant events drive up the cost of registration for everyone. If you witness any kind of this unacceptable behavior please notify one of the Soccerworld staff immediately.

NO SPITTING, NO CHEWING GUM on the field. It’s a HEALTH REGULATION. This is an artificial turf, spit does neither absorb, nor biodegrades into the grass. Spitting anything on the field is the same as doing it on your carpet or floors in your home without cleaning it up.  If you are caught spitting on the turf you will be asked to leave the dome immediately.

VOMITING – Notice to all parents: We understand that kids get upset stomachs, and some are more sensitive to this when they have just eaten before their game. We ask you please keep an eye on your child. If you can see that he/she will be sick before it happens then please hurry your child to the closest garbage bin. If your child vomits on the field or in the building you will be expected to clean it up. Please ask one of Soccerworld staff to for the appropriate cleaning supplies. Thank-you.

A sale of product or services within Soccerworld property including the parking lot without the expressed authorization of Soccerworld Management is strictly forbidden. Rude, vulgar language and/or verbal abuse from players, coaches and spectators towards each other to any one referee or Soccerworld staff is not acceptable. Upon the discretion of the referees or staff you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
