  • Lowindo, Amos (April 29, 2011) wreckless and violent play
  • Luri, Safet (Mar 30, 2011) violent conduct
  • McMillan, Ross (Mar 16, 2011, Dec 28, 2010, Apr 2, 2009, Mar 18, 2008) abusive language & physical threats
  • Penicka, Jakub (Dec 19, 2010) referee assault
  • Salihi, Faton (Mar 30, 2011) violent conduct and assault
