Youth Indoor Soccer

The U12 boys indoor soccer season starts on October 19, 2011 with the final championship game on April 25th. The season includes a 4 week evaluation period, 16 league games, 2 playoff/exhibition games and a 2 week cup tournament.

Times & days

All games are played on Wednesdays at either 6pm, 6:45pm or 7:30pm. No games are scheduled during Christmas or March Break school holidays (December 28, January 4, March 14).

Pre-season evaluation

During the evaluation period Micro 4v4 Soccer is played with scores and win/loss recorded by player. Players play five 8-minute games each week where teams are randomly assigned and scrambled after every game.

League games & playoffs

League games use the full indoor field and are 6v6 (5 players and a goalie) with an adult referee. Teams are assigned following the evaluation period.

The top ranked 4 teams play in the semi finals where winners advance to the championship game. Teams not making the playoffs, and those knocked out, play exhibition games.

Cup tournament

Prior to the March Break, teams will participate in a two week tournament.
